Forged Alloy Grade100 Clevis Sling Hook
Grade 100 forged lifting components are manufactured from alloy steel. Proof load tested to 2.5 x WLL. The clevis hook is assembled with safety latch, widely connected with G100 chains, lifting tools,shackles,etc.
Feasure:
- Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel.
- At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.
- Manufactured in accordance with EN 1677
- Proof Load tested at 2.5 times the WLL with
- Design Factor 4:1.
- Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
- Tempering temperature 400°C
- Magnaflux crack detection is performed 100% on each batch.
- Heat treated and painted blue.
Pls Do NOT use Breaking Strength for design or rating purposes. Use Working Load Limit instead, and check the working condition at times.
