How to exchange the goods when I found just booked wrong size after checking 1-2pc?
1.For international standard items:  If clients booked in wrong size, wrong model, wrong standard thread(inch or metric) after receiveing and checking goods, and only tried or used 1-2pc from the bulk, we can support to change the correct items,except the 1-2 used one, , and only the correct one is in same value amount or larger amount as the wrong items.
Shipping cost is beared in clients side, exchange is for free or compensate the difference price if higher than initial payment.
2.For customized products, or products with clients logo or mark, or used products(avoid to influencing the working load limit), we didnt support exchange.
How to claim if I found the products is not qualified?
1.Pls write all your quality inspection standard and requirement in inquiry or order contract. We inspect goods quality before shipping based on this standard. 
2.If clients can provide obvious  proof to show the quality is unqualified , didnt include the reasonable qualified rate, and not qualified based on inspection standard in contract, we can compensate the new qualified goods for you.
3.If clients claim based on other testing standard, thats not show in contract, we didnt compensate.
Whats the warranty?
Its 1 year for equipment.Like, hoist crane, magnetic lifter, etc, which is produced by different spareparts with different materials .
There is no warranty for hardwares, as hardwares working life based on clients' different working conditiona and working frequency,and it belongs to one-time disposable products, kind remind:
----do not exceed working load limits forever.
----do not heating finished products, welding, cutting again, if without correct guidence
----do use it under correct working methods and condition
----do scrap it when abrasion or transformation exceed 10%
----do inspect the goods on time, and scrap it at right if cracks or broken during working
