Riggins including chains，shackles,hooks, connecting links,etc, how to connect them together?whats the degree when you lift is the correct? is there any other points important for operaters?

Includes a metal tag with date, type, grade, chain size, length, working load limit, and serial number. Safety factor of 4:1. Supper alloy steel after quenched and tempered.
